Exhibition Color Prints
Hand made analog prints. Final prints are the result of a collaborative process. We will proof up to two prints at final size for each negative. For an additional fee we will provide a matching reference print and keep it on file for future printing. A well-made optical print from a good negative offers a level of depth, immediacyand beauty not generally associated with other printing processes.

Turnaround Times
Normal turnaround is 3-5 days. Exhibition prints are 4 days OR as required. 2-day turnaround add 50%, 1 day add 100%, same day add 200%.

B&W Analog Prints

These prints will satisfy most requirements. With a good negative, they can equal to our highest quality. Presentation Grade - RC Prints

Turnaround Times
Normal turnaround is 4 days. Negs only can be done in 3 days. 2 day add 50%, 1 day add 100%, same day add 200%. For paintings on stretchers, books, miniatures and framed originals, add 50%. Charge to remove from frame is $15.00. Charge to change background from black is $15.00. Silver tape is $2.50 per slide.

Custom inkjet printing will satisfy most requirements, assuming that the digital file supplied is of appropriate quality. With Custom inkjet printing, there are no proofs generated. It is assumed that the file supplied to COLOR SERVICES for printing has been spotted and corrected. Proofs (letter size) can be supplied for $25 each. If further adjustments are needed to meet your specific needs, we will generally accommodate upgrades to Presentation or Exhibition grades of printing.

Presentation inkjet printing allows up to two proofs (letter size) and up to 1 hour of workstation time for adjusting content, tonal values, color corrections, spotting, etc. There is a $100 set-up fee for this level of printing.

Exhibition inkjet printing is offered for those who require extensive interaction before and throughout the printing process to insure the desired quality is achieved. Up to three proofs (letter size) and up to 2 hours of workstation time for adjustments of the image. There is a $200 set-up fee for this level of printing.

Minimum order is $50 Inkjet pricing is based on a standard turnaround time of 2 days for a proof, and an additional 2 days for delivery of the final prints. Complex projects, projects requiring extensive workstation time, projects requiring a large number of prints, or projects requiring mounting or framing after printing may require a longer lead-time.

Film Output

35mm	15.00 for first image	For any project that requires output from a disk that you provide to us, please be sure to include all necessary files, images, and fonts, including fonts embedded in EPS files, as well as ICC profiles. To ensure optimal results submit a print proof showing all elements and color guides with your project. Please label each disk with your name and phone number. Film recording is available to 35mm slides and negatives, as well as 4 x 5 or 8x10 transparenciesand negatives. -Negatives are available in color and black and white. -Continuous tone images should be converted to TIFF / RGB for film output.

Files need to be supplied in RGB or grayscale color space - PSD, TIFF, JPEG or PowerPoint for imaging. Changes from any other file type - Quark, Word, PDF In-Design, etc. - may involve a charge for workstation time. Normal turnaround is 2 days. 4x5 and 8x10 film output require a week turnaround.

Our scans are custom made to the specific resolution and size of the final use. The Web Scan is 1 MB or less and suitable for proper display on most screens as seen on the internet. The Medium Scan is suitable for most applications that will go on a printing press. The Photo Quality Scan is recommended for large digital printouts and any output to film. The Highest Quality Scan delivers a file greater than 80 MB. There is a 25% additional charge for providingscans as CMYK files. Normal turnaround is 48 hours.

Limit of Liability

We understand the importance of the work we are entrusted with; we endeavor to handle and store it while in our care with every precaution. The submission of any and all film, prints, negatives, transparencies, digital files and original artwork constitutes an agreement by you that any loss or damage cause by Color Services, it’s agents and subsidiaries will entitle you only to a like amount of film and processing, or, if originally made by us, a replacement print. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by Color Service, its agents and subsidiaries of any film, print, slide, negative, transparency, digital file or artwork is without warranty or liability. Recovery of any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Color Services does not warranty the consequences of unforeseen or unpredictable defects in the materials used singly or in combination in the course of producing finished work.

If any original of high or excessive value is submitted for work it is the client’s sole responsibility to insure it to their satisfaction while it is in Color Services’ procession.

Any originals (including digital files) left on file on our premises by agreement for subsequent and ongoing use in the course of filing future orders is done so at the client’s sole risk. Any fee associated with such storage reflects administrative and organizational costs and does not construe or imply any type or degree of insurance.
